The BirthWise Assessment is a personalized evaluation designed to identify patterns of tension, compensation, and imbalance that may be impacting comfort, movement, and function during pregnancy. Using Body Ready Method principles, we'll assess posture, movement, and alignment through photo analysis and functional movement screening to better understand how your body is adapting to pregnancy.
From there, you'll receive a customized plan of simple, targeted movements and exercises designed to promote balance, improve body awareness, and create more space for both you and your baby. The goal is not perfection, but preparation; helping your body work more efficiently, supporting comfort throughout pregnancy, and encouraging an environment that allows baby to find an optimal position for birth.

Placenta Encapsulation
For many mothers, the placenta represents a remarkable part of their pregnancy story. Dwell offers professional placenta encapsulation services using either the Raw Method or the Traditional Chinese Method, allowing families to choose the preparation style that best aligns with their preferences.
The Raw Method involves carefully cleaning, dehydrating, and encapsulating the placenta without steaming. The Traditional Chinese Method includes steaming the placenta with warming ingredients before dehydration and encapsulation. Both methods are prepared following strict food safety protocols and delivered in easy-to-take capsules.
While research on placenta consumption remains limited, many mothers choose encapsulation as part of their postpartum recovery journey and report benefits such as increased energy, improved mood, and support during the transition into motherhood.
