When you and your husband understand what your body is doing, and how best to prepare and support it, fear loses its grip.

Our classes are warm, fun, unhurried, and built for real families. We cover everything from mindset and physiology to labor, birth, comfort management, and what to expect. These classes are in person, complementary for our doula families, and available to our community. Space is limited as we desire small group settings to create feelings of community and intimacy.

The Miracle in Your Mindset

Our doulas will help you understand the connection between your mindset and the miracle that is birth by

  • exploring how our thoughts are connected to and drive our experiences

  • understanding the dance between oxytocin, endorphins, and catecholamines

  • describing why a relaxed uterus changes everything

  • creating birth goals and declarations with you.

Dwell in Understanding Physiology

In the second course of our three part series, our doulas will dive into the stages of labor with you - richly walking you through what to expect during each stage of labor while discussing possible responses for both Mom and Dad.

After this course, you will have a 1:1 consultation with your doula to carefully and throughtfully create your birth and postpartum preferences on zoom.

Dwell in Labor and Postpartum Preparation

In this hands on class, Moms and Dads will learn all the tools, tips, and tricks of preparing for labor.

Dads will learn how to best support their partners with their touch and soothing words through hands on teaching and presenting.

Our doulas will teach you the foundations of breastfeeding, safe sleep, and baby milestones and expecations.

Body Ready Method®, Body Ready Birth® Training

Each class above will end with Body Ready Method®, Body Ready Birth® Training,
taught by certified Body Ready Method® Pros and Teachers.

  • What you learn: Targeted exercises and movements to build muscle memory, open your pelvis at every level, and create optimal space for your baby during labor.

  • Partner support: It equips partners with hands-on physical techniques, comfort measures, and strategies to advocate for your birth preferences.

  • How it helps: Designed to progress labor smoothly, manage pain, and potentially reduce the need for interventions or birth injuries.

DWELL IN: SAFE SLEEP, CLOSE SLEEP

We believe your baby and you were designed to safely co-sleep

Safe sleep, close sleep.

In our experience, so many mothers find themselves co-sleeping while never preparing for it; so they end up afraid to sleep while pouring themselves out for their baby. We’re changing that narrative.

Other mothers find themselves deawn to keeping their baby close through the night and many don’t know there’s a way to do it safely. This class was created for you. This is a warm, judgment free space where we talk honestly about co-sleeping: what the research actually says, what the risks are, how to reduce those risk significantly, and how to create a sleep environment that keeps your baby safe while honoring the instinct to stay near.

We don’t tell you what to do. We give you what you need to make an informed, confident decision for your family.

You’ll leave knowing:

  • the difference between bed-sharing, room-sharing, and co-sleeping and what the evidence says about each

  • The Safe Sleep Seven and how to apply them

  • What makes a sleep environment high-risk versus low-risk

  • How to talk to your pediatrician about your sleep choices

  • How to set up your sleep space practically and safely.

This class is for expectant and new mothers who want real information, not fear. You deserve to make this decision with knowledge in your hands and confidence in your heart, before it’s needed.
